Sync Google Calendar and Outlook

Calensync copies events between Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, in either direction. A meeting on one calendar blocks the other, and you choose whether the copy shows the real title or just Busy.

Both directions

Sync Outlook to Google, Google to Outlook, or both. Updates and cancellations follow the original event.

Private when you want

Copy the full event, or mask the title, location, and guests as Busy so a work calendar only shows that you are unavailable.

Apple and ICS too

The same rule can include Apple Calendar. iCalendar (.ics) feeds, such as Proton, can be a read-only source.

How it works

1. Connect both accounts

Sign in with Google and with Microsoft. Calensync uses OAuth and does not see your password.

2. Choose the calendars

Pick the Outlook calendar as the source and the Google calendar as the destination, or the other way around.

3. Create the sync rule

Keep event details, or show Busy. New and changed events are copied automatically.

F.A.Q.

Yes. Each sync rule has one source and one destination. Create a second rule if you want events to flow both ways.
Only if you copy the full event. You can mask events as Busy so the other calendar shows the time without the title or location.
Yes. Calensync syncs Google, Outlook, and Apple Calendar. ICS feeds can be added as a read-only source.
