Sync Google Calendar and Apple Calendar

Calensync keeps Google Calendar and Apple Calendar on the same schedule. Events created on an iPhone show up in Google, and Google events show up in Apple Calendar, with the option to mask private details as Busy.

iCloud and Google

Connect Apple Calendar with an app-specific password and Google with OAuth. Events copy between the calendars you choose.

Works with Outlook

Add Microsoft Outlook to the same account when a work calendar also needs to see that time.

You choose the details

Copy titles and locations, or publish a Busy blocker so the other calendar does not reveal the appointment.

How it works

1. Connect Apple and Google

Add the Google account, then Apple Calendar. Apple uses an app-specific password, which you can revoke later.

2. Pick source and destination

For example, sync an iCloud calendar into a Google calendar, or a Google calendar into Apple Calendar.

3. Turn the rule on

Calensync keeps the destination updated when the source event changes or is cancelled.

F.A.Q.

Yes. Apple can be the source or the destination.
No. Apple Calendar connects with an app-specific password. You can revoke it from your Apple ID settings.
Add the ICS feed as a read-only source and sync it into Google, Outlook, or Apple.
