Turn your AI chat into a calendar workspace

Connect calendars, create sync rules, and keep events private — without leaving Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity.

Connect to ClaudeConnect to ChatGPTConnect to Perplexity

Your calendars. One conversation.

You already use AI to plan your week. Calensync MCP closes the gap: Calensync stays the system of record, and the work happens in chat.

Connect calendars

Add Google, Outlook, Apple, or ICS calendars from the conversation.

Create sync rules

Copy events from a source calendar to a destination, fully or as Busy.

Keep details private

Mask titles and descriptions, or copy them with a prefix you choose.

Tune every rule

Filters, buffer time, colors, and more — the same controls as the dashboard.

What can Calensync MCP connect to?

Calensync uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), the standard for giving AI tools live data and the ability to act on it.

F.A.Q.

Calensync MCP is a remote connector built on the Model Context Protocol. It lets AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity use your Calensync account to connect calendars and manage sync rules from a conversation.

Create a Calensync account, add the MCP server in your AI tool, sign in with Google, Outlook, or Apple, then ask the assistant to list calendars or create a sync rule.

Connect Google, Outlook, Apple, and ICS calendars; list accounts and calendars; and create, update, or delete sync rules. You can copy event details or mask them as Busy, and apply filters, buffers, and colors.

No. Any Calensync plan works, including the free trial. Limits in chat match your Calensync account. There is no separate MCP subscription.

No. Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity can add Calensync from their connector settings. Sign in with your existing Calensync account. Developers can also point Cursor, Claude Code, or any MCP client at the same URL.

Yes. Sync rules you create in chat live on your Calensync account and show up in the dashboard. You can keep using the website whenever you prefer.

Your AI tool uses OAuth. Calensync never sees the tool's password, and the tool never sees yours. You approve access on a Calensync page, then return to the conversation.
